    幻の焼酎「赤霧島」、お義母さんからいただきました。 このブログではあまりカテゴリを増やしたくないので、ワインカテゴリにてご紹介。 ムラサキマサリという紫芋からつくられていて、芋の紫色が麹の酸により真っ赤なもろみになることが名前の由来だとか。 ものすごくスッキリした味わいで、芋焼酎特有の「もわん」とした感じがない。けれども、しっかりと旨味は残っている。これを知ってしまうと、黒では物足りなくなってしまうなぁ（黒霧島も十分おいしいけれど）。
